I am an indian citizen, born and brought up in Chandigarh. Married in 1997 and have a sone. But lost by husband to heart attack in 2006. We have bought an apartment in 2004 in bangalore. Since we live in chandigarh and find it difficult to upkeep a property so far off, we want to sell the apartment in banglore. What is the process, how can we get the house transfered in our name to be able to sell it? Your guidance will help me to understand the procedure and approach the correct department to get the work initiated at the earliest.
