In this case the Victim is a Male who got married to a girl in Nagpur, maharashtra. The marriage is solemenized in presence of friends in temple. since then both the couples live together for 6 years till 2010.
Then the wife of the victim went to Karnataka with the consent of husband for 3-4 months. However extended her stay in karnataka for more than a year. The husband use to visit her in 2-3 months. Later the wifes family is not allowing the husband to speak to her. She is also not communicating since 8-9 months. The wife's family become violent and do not entertain the husband.
Now the victim has filed search warrant for his wife. However after filing they got the information that she has done 2nd marriage with some other guy in their community in Karnataka.
Now what all legal actions can be taken?
