PF department has imposed Rs 74131/- as damage (14B) and Rs 107408/- as Interest (7Q) for late deposit of PF Contribution and given date for hearing. Can we get exemption to deposit the damage. Kindly provide related document.

The penalties shall keep on piling up if you don't deposit.
You are asking for rebate in penalties imposed for violation of social security tool.
