I rented this house in 2010 may and staying there till date. When I had to move out(in sep), I served a notice to my landlord. He asked me to meet him to discuss further but was never available till 28th Aug for any discussion. Now he says I must stay in house for another month and serve a notice for him to give us the deposit amount back.
The rental agreement made by in 2010 is not renewed. Can I seek legal help to get my money back?
