In pagadi system property, the landlord is not taking rent for past 3 yrs.
tenant has sent a rent through registered post which he has received but
has not deposited the cheque. Landlord is threatening to empty the premise
otherwise he will harrash like anything. he is a influential man.
he has taken away toilet keys, stealing electricity bills and abusing if any guests visit.
In this case what tenant should do ? how to get the court orders to pay the rent
through court to the landlord ?
