There is lot of commercial activities taking place on agricultural land esply in UP.
There exis a process for changing the land use from agricultural land to commercial land use.
I request the lawyersclub members to throw some light on the process of changing land use and hurdles in its process. And what all implications can occur if commercail activity is taking place on an agricultural land.
PS: Uttar Pradesh is the state on my mind right now.
