Hi,
My parents bought a patta land of 2800sft in chennai Manali during 1989 and later in the year 1991 got a notification that the land is under ceil and will be taken by MMDA. Till date there are registrations happening in the nearby lands which is also under ceil. Also we have paid taxes till 2010. Now how should we deal with this ? Whom should we approach. We are in dire need of our land. How to solve this problem ? Any help would be appreciated.
Also recently we applied EC and the EC says land is under my mothers name.
