Land sell without my notice

Dear Sir/Madam
I have taken ur mail I.D from lawyersclubindia.com.
Kindly advise me for this problem
My father bought one land in Sahrasha(Bihar) in the year 1983 and given verbally to my eldest uncle for maintenance/agriculture. my father die in 2003. after that my uncle sell this property(verbally with no written proof)) to other person in 2006 without our permission. We came to know regarding this thing in the year of 2011 end. But we have registry paper and still paying annual tax to govt. .
When we were trying to  make boundry on that said plot, the new buyer(who bought this property from my uncle verbally without any paper) told us that this is propery and we can not claim on this property. So, still we are unable to do the construction on the said propery.
So, kindly advise, what we have to do?
thanks n regards

You are assuming that all transactions are verbally.  To my expectation and experience, your uncle is very smart and he had sold the property to the present owner without your consent.  Instead of assuming, you better go to the concerned sub registrar and make search of your property.  It is time consuming and money consuming, but not impossible.  Your father might had given written GPA to your uncle, otherwise the present owner will not dare enough to stop you for making constructions.  First of all you do the following:  (1) check up E.C. from 1983 to today, the details of property of 1983 document should be entered  (2) Ask the present owner to show his documents and check up what is the connection between him and your uncle.  After making all the enquiries you revert me to my email id ravinder2345@gmail.com.  I will clarify your doubts.
