Hi,
I purchased land in citi limits in buldhana district of maharashtra in 1991. i want to register it in D group. now Govt Officials are asking me to provide the death certificate of the person from whom i purchased land. but in govt records at 7/12 name of that person is not appeariong as on today. her& his Sons name is appearing in govt records against that Survey no 65. we have all legal document of purchase and all fees are paid. only tehy are asking to provide death certificate of the person who sold the land.
is it necessary? why death certificate is required for registration of land in D group when i have all necessary doc. also stamp duty is paid. and now in 7/12 names of his children is appearing. what i need to do for this?
