Land purchase

Sir, i belong to SC Caste and working in a private company, the company wants to purchase the land in Odisha on my name, should i agree with that? what may be the complications?

Before agreeing to lend your name to the proposal of your Company, you would be advised to better thoroughly go through THE BENAMI TRANSACTIONS (PROHIBITION) AMENDMENT ACT, 2016 and the Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, 1988.

Avoid. You will face many problems and it will be very difficult to come out of the same.
