Dear Experts,
i would like to purchase a land located in Karaikal. the problem is the land title owner name is Supramaniyan (1885-1955) and he had 2 sons and 3 daughters and grand son& daughters. some of them passed away. some of them live. they can managed to get death certificates for few only
my question is how to i register the land without Death Certificate @ Heir Certificate.
pls advise
