Land problem

Dear all, i have seen a guy with a problem of their own home land.. the land was registered by their daddy and upto now no encumbrance where registered by tn government.but the land had been divided by their uncles(sithappa's) without their permission on village union office on particularly one year.that was also not registered in high level.That registration was valid or invalid as per law.Please give me some ideas pls Read more at: https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/
