My grandmother remarriage even after she has one child. After re-marriage the second husbond(Y) gives his name to that child (No documents of adoptation). The child is now familly member of second father(Y). First father(X) have some agricultural land property. This property is on the name of one of the elder brother of (X) familly (Ekatra kutumbkarta). The child didnt get any property from second husbond (Y).
My Question is :Child have any right in the property of X ?
