Land possessed by others

We have a set of agricultural lands which unlawfully possessed by some villegers since last three years. The same situation happened earlier then we went to court for justice and we have the following documents

1. Title Suit No 60 of 1953 [gone in favour of us]

2. Warrent to the Bailiff to give possession of land, etc [order 21, rule 35, code of civil procedure] (Date 04/05/1965)   [gone in favour of us]

3. Current Information of plot numbers from BL & LRO office which proves the lands are owned by us (Date July 2008)  [gone in favour of us]

Presently those lands are being cultivated by other parties by force, we have gone to local police station with those documents but they are doing nothing

My Questions are

1. Are we able to possess the land again?

2. What are the right way to go forward?

3. How mutch it will take?

You can get restoration of your possession by filing  civil suit for possession. You should demnd mesne profits during the pendency of suit as well for prior period of illegal possession  to the tune of at least 10 times of normal rates as the possession of those forceful villagers is illegal. Suit may tak 2-3 yers in decision.

Sir, Thanks for your time and quick reply. Not good to say, I am not familier with the terms you have used in your comment. If you could spend some time to explain the above it would be helpful to me.
