I own a land in greater kolkata and it belongs to a co-operative. The co-operative secretary and his close aids are forcing other owners and me to sale the properties to some builders, though they have taken money from us for getting individual mutation. Now they have completely denied it and forcing us to sale the property.
There were couple of judgements in which one judge said it is vested land and other judge opposes it.
I tried to give you a global picture. Given this situation, what a land owner can do to get individual mutation and parcha ? your suggestion will be highly appreciated.
