good evening sir, am gopi, last 2 months back, i bought government alloted agricultural land from 1 of my family member, that we both belong to schedule caste in karnataka, the land was alloted to first owner before 20 years as of now date, now the land is registrared from subregistrar office with recent land price, the land owner is my relative and she's old age and don't have childerns, and her husband is dead, and she's in old age, is it illegal?
am not able to get katha on my name, do i want to cancel my registration again, please give me legal advice on this issue,
