Land issue

Hi,

My father has purchaged a site from a person 10 years back. It was registered on my father;s name. Recently ourdistrict collector has listed our site in assigned lands list.But site is still in father's name. Can you please give in your thoughts as to how to proceed on this.

Approach Civil Court pray for possession of land and prove that land was purchased but possession thereof was not given.

Hi arun sir,

Thanks for your response, shall we get our land in our name this way. we are getting some enquiries for purchasning of our site. But we are not intrested in selling the property. will you sugget me to retain it or to sell it off as it is havng isssues.
