Respected sir,
It is submitted that My father inherited a ancestral house and adjoining land after the demise of my grandparents.The land was distributed accordingly to the three brothers and live side by side. Two of them had build there own house and living with families. Recently my father who is the eldest of them wanted to build a perimeter wall well within the boundaries ( after due survey of land and a node from village authorities) but my uncle who is residing next to it is not allowing the construction of the wall saying it would disrupt his movement where as he has enough access to connecting roads. ( he is greedy and knows dat my father would succumb to his demands). His wife and other few ladies abused my mother publicly while the wall was under construction and threatened of dire consequences. when a police complaint was registered, a number of authorities namely municipal commisioner, tahsildar and ward members approched my father for compromise on their own terms. My father is under very much pressure as the couple is staying alone and oen of them is a senior citizen. what should i do? can i get a injunction order and continue with the wall and file defamation case against them??? pls help me.......The police authorities are also talking the other parties side...pls help sir.
