Land issue

Hi, I have purchased property based on 7/12 in year 1998 i.e before 20 year and we are possing the same from 20 year but that farm land not as per actual Draft nakasha.. and some other person claiming on this as per his 7/12.. Is it possible after 20 year

Whether possible or not is secondary issue. You yourself say that somebody else is claiming the same to be his.

Therefore, instead of wasting time here, better get in touch with a lawyer in your locality who is well versed in property matters, show your documents, discuss the matter and take further steps.

as per 7/12 and Servey number on Nakasha .This land showing as per his documents ..but he didn't know whether this properly is our after investigation Now before 15 days he got information about this.

But this property I have purchased from another person also, 3 sales/purchase tranasction is done on this property. since last 30 to 40 yr. Who is claiming this only base on Nakasha after this years and i am using this land from last 20 yr.

Please suggest me ..after this year anybody can claim based on naakasha and 7/12 eventhough they don't know since this year whether this is our land
