Land grabbing Issue

Hi I am from Tuticorin, a town in Tamil Nadu. My family's land is being grabbed by a lawyer with political support from local MLA. He is threatening us for life. The local police is not even ready to take a complaint against them due to political support. We are helpless. Can someone tell me how to take this forward. We want to save our land as it is our ancestral property. Please help me someone.....
