We have purchased land from GPA agent 20 years back, after 20 Years the Land Owners children are claiming that their parents did'nt give GPA and it was forged, We have all the documents , GP Document, 100 Rs bond showing amount received by the Land Owner, registration documents. As the land prices have gone up, with the help of Local Political Leaders, the Land Owner's Children has occupied the Land saying their parents didnt give GPA, We file complaint to Collector, SP, etc but every one is saying its Civil case, go and settle the matter in Court,
Please suggest what should we do, if we go to court it would take few years and we need to spend lot of money, Is there any law which can direct police to investiage if the documents are forged or not and arrest the culprit?
