sir, I had purchased a plot in chennai 22 years back and maintaining it with compound wall. Now in 2012 some persons complained against the seller as land grabbing for a total area of 67 cents & and takeing the vacant plots only and forcefully took my plot as theirs. I had filled a stay petition against taking it. Which is even in the court. Now they sold it to a builder and started construction in it. How can I got my plot back or can I have compensation for it? What I have to do now?

If you have not stated about suit details, pls come back on this, with regards to land grabbing file a criminal complaint against the encroachers under 447 and 506 of IPC, and insist police to file FIR,and mention in that complaint against suit details and make the builder also party to it.
