I purchased 1000 sq ft. in municipal area and paid residential stamp duty and resident map pass by master plan ..in this matter land deceleration agriculture to residential necessary or not necessary .in distt headquarter Uttar Pradesh

You may change use land from agriculture to residential under Section 143 of the U.P.Zamindari abolition ad Land Reforms Act.
