Hi,
I am planning to buy a Agriculture land ( 3 Gunta. Status: Special Township + Non Development Zone) in Jambhe area . This is village proposed to be merged under PCMC .Timeline is not confirmed. I want to construct bunglow here.
Do I need to wait until PCMC merger OR I can apply in PMRDA for approval ? Is there any approval process which I need to follow in order to start the construction?
