Sir,
we have a property in Hyderabad which GHMC is acquiring around 1000 Sq Yds for road widening. GHMC is only offering TDR (construction Benefits) and no cash compensation. They say for such large lands they dont give cash compensation. We only want cash compensation. what is the remedy for this now.

file a civil suit against GHMC.
