Kumki land

Now in karnataka made a decision to convert a kumki land to patta land with in December. Is it really implemented? If we need to convert is it possible now? Please suggest your valuable feedback.. Thank you.

It is change in Land laws with time . Land laws are most complicated laws in our country I feel some time.
