One year back I purchased a revenue site under panchayat in Bangalore and they don't have e-khatha facility. They are saying Khatha cannot be transferred to my name as it is revenue site and not converted and say either I get conversion done or construct house to get the khatha in my name. Please suggest how can I pay property tax and is there a way to get the Khatha.
