Dear Lawyers,
I am struggling to get Khatha for my apartment in JP nagar 5th Phase , Bangalore. All most all the the flats in my apartments have khatha.
I have applied for my Khathat through the builder, I do not know what happned, before I got my Khatha buider has gone out of the busniess I do not know his where abouts.
1. I have Sales Deed
2. I have paid tax upto date
I DO NOT HAVE
1. Commencemnt Certificate and Occupancy certificate (none of the flat owners has this).
People are asking for a copy of the Khatha of the other flats to get my Khata. Unfortunately no flat owners are helping me with this.
Can some one let me know what documents I need to subbmit to get my BBMP Khatha done ?
