In bangalore, once the flat is purchased, I understand that next step is khata opening for tax payment. I suppose, we need to mention sale deed document number while opening the khata. We have a rectification deed along with sale deed (to correct a mistake of sale deed). However my query is "while opening khata do we need to specifically mention rectification deed document details as well?"
