Khata extract

Hi ,

I am buying a property in Bangalore for which I am trying to get the Khata extract and EC till date.

Can I get these documents online ? Please let me know the website if I can get online ?

2. Is Khata mandatory to avail loan ? (Property tax has been paid up to date by the owner but no Khata in the owner's name)

U can't get these documents online , these documents are mandatory if Katha is not there then it is considered as defective title

You can verify the status online but I am not sure if you can get them online, however visit the karnataka government website in this regard.
