Kcc loan deduction from my pension

Dear Sir,

I am retired M.P Govt. employee and drawing pension from PSB of Rs 15000/ per month. I have taken Kisan Credit Card Loan from same Bank on 2012. Due to continuous crops failure i were unable to repay the loan. The kcc Classified NPA. Now the Bankers threating to deduct overdue amount from my pension account. In this regards i have two querry: (1)Can overdue crops loan amount be deducted from my pension account? The pension is given for livelihood & maintenance of my life not for loan repayment. Crop loan means for different purpose. (2) How much  amount they can deduct under the provision of prevailing law & rules? Your kind advice help us to deal with the harrasing situasion.
