Jurisdiction for emploiyer employee dispute

Hello LCI Members,

If the registered office of the organisation is in one State  and branch is in the other State.

After 2 years, the branch is closed and all the employees are transferred to the registered office.

And any dispute regarding the unavailed joining time arising out of the above transfer, has to be filed in which State? How the jurisdiction is decided in such cases?

I re-located to the registered office and resigned subsequently, but there is an unavailed joining time which the employer has not settled and now it is becoming difficult for me to file a legal case in a different State?

Can any one please help me in finding out a solution for the above.

Thanks,

Chaitanya

It seems that employee has not joined with the registered office ,thus place of occurance is the state where the branch was situated ,the employee should file dispute in this state only
