A person filed acomplaint in Kotwali Morena and S.P Morena (DISSTT) and S.P. directed to CSP for do the needfull complaianant did not file further private complaint in Morena But he filled same private complant in Gwalior Court and during 202 statement he said that I had filed written complaint in Morena Kotwali and no action was taken that why I filled privete complaint and same has been registered by Gwalior Court. please suggest me about the procedure wheater first complaint was file and same can be filed in difenent disstt court is the violation of process or what step we can further take.
