As per amended N.Act (second ordinance 2015 ) Territorial jurisdiction place where a cheque is dilivered for for collection at any branch of the bank of the payee or holder in due course ,where drawee maintain an account would be determinative of place of Territorial Jurisdiction.Go through the latest judgment of S.C titled as
