I require few judgments of either from Supreme Court of India, or by any High Court, which confirms that UNREGISTERED DEEDS OF GIFT with respect to property does not have any legal sanctity and value in the eyes of the Law in India, and which confirms that the Donor does not have any kind of rights, title and interest into any property for which the Donor claims ownership by virtue of Deed of Gift executed by a person in his favour, but that Deed of Gift never got registered with the competent authorities.
