Hon'ble High Courts and Hob'ble Supreme Court of India is covered under Right to Information Act, 2005.  However, as far as judges are concerned, it will depend on what information you require, and whether it is confidential or of such type that cannot be disclosed, then it will not be disclosed.

Adv Deepak,

Can I ask for a high court judge's performance, in terms of hours he sits on the bench, number of disposals i n a given period ?

CJI says that all judges of H.C. must not be sick and deliver proper work, there is one judge on whom millions are spent for organ  trnasplant , does not deliver any good number of judgemetns, and one seat in another tribunal like lok adalat  is kept vacant for him to occupy because he will recorver after transplant ............is this under r.t.i or p.i.l

this is because he will need the medical expesnes recovery
