I have files partition suit in july 2009. So far only notices are served. My brother is ex party and sisters are ready for part comprimise but the judge is on medical leave. First he took 2 months leave then extended and finally joined the court after six months. After 2 weeks again he went on medical leave for 2 more months. What can I do now. To whom I have to give complaint. Because of judge my case is simply getting delayed.
Please advise.

You can file a petiton u/sec.24 of the CPC to transfer to suit in District Court or High Court or file a revision petition in High Court u/Art.227 of the Indian Constitution for seedy disposal.
