I filed a case in a district court and the Judge didnot sit in the court since 1 year . What can be future remedy ?.
Under which section of Law I can complaint this or get a procedure for further processing the case?

What type of case is this? What is the reason being given for him to not sit since 1 year?
Anyways, even if the judge of that court is not available, then an incharge court of that judge will be appointed who will deal with that case until the judge comes.
