Joining time in technical resignation

Sir ,

I have joined as Asst Proffessor Civil with GP 6000 and had my service as Vocational Instructor GP -4200

My technical resignation accepted , wat will be my joining time for techical resignation as it differs two district headquarters ? who will pay for the joining period the old or the new department ?

Please give answers with relevant rules please ?

I decide not to even reply leave aside giving relevant rules like a question paper in promotion examination. You are not setting question paper here for your students.
