job on compassionate ground

Hi

My father was a condutor in DTC. he died due to cancer. I submitted the compassionate ground application for getting serive in place of my father. but the DTC conducting a conturactual basis job for all compassionate ground wards.

Please let me know

what process did We will permanant service in DTC

Don't let time to run. Accept the job offered and you can get your rights for permanent job in due course.Even in Government Service, the appointment is given in Temporary basis and later confirmations are made by the concerned department.
