Itar Adhikar in 7/12

Hello Sir, In recent Supreme court judgement, the court said the father would have had to be alive on September 9, 2005, if the daughter were to become a co-sharer with her male siblings. In this case if father and one daughter have died before 2005 and one daughter is alive. Can we now remove daughters name from itar adhikar from 7/12.
