Helo every body,
Recently i bought a residential floor in Om Vihar, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. Its unauthorised area. Seller told me there is neither power of Attorney nor Registry. He gives me Agreement to Sell, General Power of Attorney, Will. I want to ask that these documents are complet or legal for ownership.

No. If u r registration this deed then property is clear. U check a N.A ORDER, PLAN PASS COPY, 7/12, TITLE CERTIFICATE etc.....
