Hi All,
1) Want to know that is there any LAW for the outsourse employes in IT sector or any other.
2) If a employee is working in a company by arround say 2 to 3 or more years and due to some missatake copmpany ruled if out or terrminate how to fight for it and any results pls give us any example.
3) IT-Information technology workers does comes under Indian government workers law.
