I am working in government sector. I got call letter for interview from other government sector. They have asked for No Objection Certificate. My current employer is not giving me the NOC. They just say we can not give it to you. I am asking whether it doesnot look like a Bonded labor. I have not signed any document which bound me to serve them for certain period of time.
