Issuance of passport

We have recently shifted to new flat .I am willing to apply for my wife passport since the passport is in her maiden name .I have the passport issues on my old address where my uncle is residing now previousely we were staying together and there is no speration in family . I have my all d proofs like adhar card ,election card and my accounts with same address details . Since the new flat where we have moved till now light bill is in d name of builder and we have only possion letter. Can i request for the reissue of my wife passport on my old address since i have my passport on d same addresz,addhar card,election card and my account statement . Please advice becouse i dnt want to take any risk with reissue of my passport with new address since we dnt have suffice documents for the new property . Can i apply for reissue of my wife and my newly born daughter passport with my old address , also we have marriage certificate on the same address. Please advice . Regards Satish
