Is this contempt of court

Dear Experts of the Forum, My case , partition suit is pending in the District court , in Hyderabad (Telangana ) from 2011 property is under injunction. In the mean while one of the GPA holder of some of the property ( Who is Deffendant in the Suit) sold some area in suit property in the year 2013 , got the registration done in a Registrarars office ( This is not done in regular Sub- Registraras office) because of this reason it has not come to my notice.Only recently i have found this Frarud. And this deffendant not attending the court. And he has changed his advocate also. 10 days back an adovocate filed Vakalatnama on behalf this Deffendant. Can this amount to Contempt of the Court.
