hello everyone,
4 years back i was framed in medical entrance exam for cheating and i have been charged under 2 or 3 penal codes which i don't remember. the trial hasn't started and i'm summoned after every 3 months to the district court.
now the problem is that it has been 4 years since then and i might have to go abroad for job or further education but i am not sure if i can renew my passport while this case is still there and i don't know if i can get a visa with the case still going on.
can anyone please tell me if i can apply for passport renewal and visa while the case is still going ? or more simply, is there anyway to start the trial soon or end the case ?
