Is there any automatic succession in the case of a trust

This is a question regarding a Trust in which the Trustee has expired.

Part A created a Trust with two Trustees, Party B and Party C (his two sons).

Party A expired.

Then Part C expired without any successors and without transfer of trustee rights.

Party B made his son D a trustee.

Party B also expired.

Finally Party D expired, apparently without transferring the Trust.

Part D has a brother Part E who is alive but to whom the trust was not transferred.

Does part E have any rights to the trust ?
