Is mobile conversation is legal to produce as evidence

I have filed a case againt a company. I want to produce mobile conversation of myself and opposite party. Can i produce this conversation as evidence.

in my opinion under section 65B of IT Act it is admissible. However there are tests of admissibility defined by SC in leading cases like Ram Singh vs Col Ram Singh 1985 AIR, 3 1985 SCR Supl. (2) 399
