Is it safe to travel other parts of India?

1.Can I travel to other parts of India safely,excluding my state or could there be a problem in the airports (to arrest)?   ---   probability is there, if already filed fir.

2. If arrested,would my passport  be impounded ?   ---   you may not be allowed  to use the passport.

3.Is it necessary to get AB first ,even though I have not received any summons?   ---   it will be comparetively safe, but the question of not allowing to go to foreign, may be there.

therefore better not to come.

4.Can I file to quash in HC and how long would it take to get it?

---   as you did not get the copy, question of quash does not arise.

if you receive the fir copy or summon, post it further.
